Coimbatore: School and college students have been instructed to participate in the state-level competitions of The Election Commission of Coimbatore.

The state-level contests will be, held through the website. School and college students from classes 9 to 12, those who missed the participation in the district level competition and civilians above 18 years of age shall also participate.
The statement issued by Chief Electoral Officer Satya Prada Sahu read, “The District Election Officer will conduct the contests such as painting, poster drawing for school and college students, one line awareness text, singing, group dance, and essay competition will be conducted district level.”
“Others shall participate through the SVEEP Contest 2022 on the site, https://www.elections.tn.gov.in/ of the state chief electoral officer website until 31st December 2021.”
“A cash prize of Rs.5,000 will be awarded to the winners in the first place and the amount for the second prize is Rs.3,000 and the third is Rs.2,000.”
