Coimbatore: BJP cadres observed former PM, Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birth anniversary as ‘Good Governance Day’ in Kinathukadavu on Saturday.
The birth anniversary of the late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was celebrated on 25th December, Saturday here in Kovilpalayam Kaliyannan pudur on behalf of the Coimbatore South District Kinathukadavu Western Union BJP.
The function was presided over by District Media Chief Dhanabalakrishnan. Floral tributes were paid to Vajpayee's portrait. Notebooks and pencils were distributed to the boys and girls of scheduled castes.
The function was attended by a number of union and branch functionaries including, district executive member Ponnusamy and union general secretary Sundarraju.
