Coimbatore: The West Zone Inspector General of Police chaired the investigation of Sasikala’s cousin in the Kodanad murder-cum-heist incident at the Police training school here in Coimbatore on Wednesday for three hours.

Sasikala's cousin, Vivek Jayaraman was questioned on Wednesday in connection with the Kodanad heist-cum-murder case at the Coimbatore Police Training School campus. The inquiry was chaired by the Inspector General of West Zone, Sudhakar. The hearing lasted for about three hours.
Reportedly, 81 persons have been questioned in connection with the case and an investigation on the late former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalithaa's estate property has been held as well. Along with IG Sudhakar, the Nilgiris District Superintendent of Police, Ashish Rawat was also present during the investigation.
