Coimbatore: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is hosting a one-day cricket tournament in Coimbatore on Sunday at the ITI ground at Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore. BJP Youth State President Vinod P. Selvam inaugurated the tournament.
As many as 16 teams are participating in the day-long cricket tournament. The competition consists of 8 overs. The teams that finish first, second, third and fourth will be awarded with a 6-foot trophy, 5-foot trophy, 4-foot trophy, and a 3-foot trophy respectively. The man of the match will be awarded with a 1-foot trophy.
