A grievance redressal meeting is held every three months to address the grievances related to postal services in Coimbatore. The next meeting is scheduled to be held at the regional level at the Head Post Office, West Zone in R. S. Puram on the 23rd of December, 2021. The meeting is slated to begin at 11. am in the office of the Regional Post Office Head.
Public grievance related to various services offered by the post office like; money order, register post, quick mail, parcel, savings account, insurance will be addressed and tips on improving services shall also be shared by the public during the meeting.
