Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Police Commissioner, Pradip Kumar conducted a surprise inspection of police stations in Coimbatore and enquired in detail about pending cases.
The Police Commissioner went on a surprise inspection to the police stations of Kuniyamuthur and Selvapuram and asked the police officials about all the pending cases, including the investigations involved. He also demanded that those involved in the cases be prosecuted and convicted.
The Police Commissioner also advised the officials to keep the police stations clean and treat all those who come in to lodge complaints with kindness. He also heard the complaints that the policemen had on different aspects of their work.
