Coimbatore: A review meeting for Forest Department patrol personnel was held at the Anaimalai Tiger Reserve Training Center at Attakatti District. The meeting was led by Anaimalai Tiger Reserve Deputy Director Arockiaraj Xavier.
Coimbatore: A review meeting for Forest Department patrol personnel was held at the Anaimalai Tiger Reserve Training Center at Attakatti District. The meeting was led by Anaimalai Tiger Reserve Deputy Director Arockiaraj Xavier.
During the meeting, patrol personnel were given advice on what to follow during patrols and training on how to deal with wildlife.

In addition, trophies, shield certificates, and prizes were awarded to those who excelled in their duties.
Deputy Director, Arockiaraj Xavier also presented certificates and prizes to the staff of the Ulandhi Forest Range, Varagaliyaru Circle, who performed well in the month of October.

In addition, the Konalaru Anti-Poaching Camp at Valparai Wildlife Sanctuary was selected as the best performing camp in the Pollachi Forest Division and a trophy and certificates were presented to its staff.
Subsequently, winter clothes were provided to the staff of the Ulandhi and Pollachi Forest Ranges. In addition, work orders were issued to 14 forest trainees recruited by the Anaimalai Tiger Reserve. Following this, a memento was presented to the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board engineer who facilitated solar power to 18 hill stations.
