Karpagam University, Coimbatore has won the volleyball competition organized by Fenatic Handball Club from various states of the country.
Coimbatore: A south Indian-level volleyball tournament was held at Karungal in Kanyakumari district from July 3 to 4, in which more than 38 teams from various states participated.
The tournament was organised by Fenatic Handball Club in Kanyakumari and the first quarter-final match was played between Karpagam University and Mari Invariers Kerala, in which karpagam university team won 20-19.

In the semi-finals, Karpagam University and Pachaiyappan's College took on Kanchipuram team. Karpagam University won the match 30-27.
In the final, Karpagam University also faced Hindu Srivilliputhur. It's 40-17. Karpagam University team won the match and brought glory to Coimbatore.
