The national-level badminton tournament was held in Coimbatore for the last four days at the Coimbatore Veeriyam Camp.
Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Badminton Association and Dolphin Sports Management hosted a national-level badminton tournament at the Coimbatore Viriyam Camp from June 2–5.
The Faso-Open Badminton Tournament was launched by the Founder of the Matangi Foundation, Guru Mitreshiva. Players from different states including Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Goa, and Pondicherry participated in the event. Overall, more than 700 players participated in this tournament.

Charan from Palani won the Boys' Singles Under-10 category, and Mridula from Chennai won the Girls' Singles Under-10 category. Karnataka's Sai Pushkar won the Under-13 Boys' Singles, and Gauri Satish won the Under-13 Girls' Singles.

Sachin from Coimbatore won the Under-15 Boys' Singles, while Kirutya from Coimbatore won the Under-15 Girls' Singles. Harshan Vamshi of Haryana won the Under-17 Boys' Singles, while Preethi Rao of Karnataka won the Under-17 Girls' Singles.
Habrish Dantapani of Chennai and Ritu Varshini of Tirupur won the Men's and Women's Under-19 Singles, respectively. Bharath Sanjay and Madhavan from Erode won the Men's Under-19 Doubles while Ritu Varshini and Vedha from Hyderabad won the Women's Under-19 Doubles titles.
On June 4 and 5, events for players from the Under-17 and Under-19 categories were held. Arunachalam, the Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Badminton Association presided over the finals of the tournament and distributed the prizes along with the Tirupur Association Secretary Mohan Kumar, and the founder of Madhangi Foundation, Guru Mitreshiva.
