Pooja Swetha, a native of Coimbatore who participated in the National Track Cycle Race in Rajasthan returned home with the glimmering victory of a Gold and a Bronze medal.
As part of the 75th Independence Year Celebrations, National Track Cycling Race was hosted in Jaipur, Rajasthan from 24-28 December. Various players from across the country participated. Dhanyatha, Sreemathi, and Pooja Shweta together participated in various competitions and won the Gold medal.

Pooja who arrived at Coimbatore on Friday was welcomed on behalf of her family with sweets and bouquets.
