Coimbatore: The Corporation Commissioner inaugurated the Mountain Bike Racing in the city organized on behalf of the Western Valley and Team 55 Racing here on Sunday.
Adventure-packed MTP cycling competitions have recently increased in Coimbatore. Initially, the sport which received very little attention has now started blooming interests among the locals in Coimbatore. Children, adults, and people from all walks of life are participating in the contest.
The MTP cycling competitions are underway in Sundakamuthur starting from 8 am today.
Men, women, children and adults participated.
The cycling competition was flagged off by Coimbatore Corporation Commissioner Rajagopal Sunkara. Similarly, the two-wheeler race was inaugurated by Additional Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore District Ravi Chandran.
