Coimbatore: The former AIADMK Minister, Rajendra Balaji who is on the lookout for a job guarantee scam, is accused in yet another fraud case. According to reports, he promised of fetching a job in Saathur nutrition sector.
A further money laundering complaint has been filed against former AIADMK minister Rajendra Balaji. The former minister is charged of swindling ₹.10-lakh by making a promise to offer job in the nutrition sector in Saathur. He is also accused for laundering ₹.3-crore by making a promise to get a job at Aavin.
The police are reportedly on the lookout if there are any grounds for the complaint received by the Virudhunagar SP. Meanwhile, the police have set up as many as eight teams to search for and nab Rajendra Balaji.
Rajendra Balaji is on the lookout in states including Kerala and Karnataka apart from Tamil Nadu. The police have also issued a lookout notice against Rajendra Balaji on Thursday and have also tightened surveillance at the airports across India to prevent him from fleeing to other countries.
