AIADMK members held a debate in the presence of Pollachi Jayaraman during the AIADMK by-election for branch executives at the AIADMK office on Kangayam Road, Tirupur.
Coimbatore: Elections for more than 2,000 branch executives in Tirupur district are being held at AIADMK offices in their respective areas. Executives are elected for 9 posts as President and Secretary in each branch. Nilgiris District Secretary Kappachi Vinod is conducting the election work in Tirupur district. Pollachi Jayaraman is overlooking the election procedures and the election for the southern constituency that was held at the AIADMK office on Kangayam Road.
AIADMK activists shouted in the presence of Pollachi Jayaraman that no application form had been submitted for the new executives at that time and that the existing executives would be selected and elections would be held for the sake. Negotiations were then held and applications were submitted.
