Tirupur judge ordered action under Section 22 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act against Shankar, who had filed a false complaint and filed a case. Coimbatore: A person from Tirupur Boyampalayam area has lodged a false POCSO complaint in the year 2020 with his sister's child due to enmity.
The case was heard in the Tirupur District Women's Court by Judge Suganthi. Following this, it was revealed that the case was registered on the basis of a false complaint. Subsequently, she ordered action under Section 22 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act against Shankar, who had filed a false complaint and filed a case.
