Coimbatore: AIADMK today observed the fifth death anniversary of J Jayalalithaa, former General Secretary of Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam and former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
As a part of this, the fifth death anniversary of the former CM was observed on behalf of the AIADMK in Kinathukadavu. The party functionaries paid floral tributes to the portrait of Jayalalithaa adorned with flowers in front of the old bus stand.
They also vowed to win in the forthcoming urban local body elections. AIADMK executives including Kinathukadavu City Secretary Murthy, Malumichampatti Union Secretary Satish Kumar, Former City Secretary Manokaran, Lakshmanan, Kannammal and Singh were present at the event.
