Coimbatore: School students are invited to participate in the Coimbatore Thirukkural Recitation Competition. On behalf of the Tamil Development Department, a competition is being organized for school children to learn the ideas of Thirukkural at an early age.
Of these, 70 students will awarded with a cash prize of Rs.10,000 each and a certificate of appreciation. In total, the participants will be judged for their ability to fully comprehend and recite the Thirukkural with the appropriate numbers. Those who have already won prizes in the competition are requested not to participate in this contest again.
