A 49-year-old man, barber by profession succumbed to his injuries in Kinathukadavu after he fell off his bike.
Coimbatore: Having falling off his two-wheeler, a man in his late 40s, in Coimbatore died on Wednesday not responding to treatment.
Marimuthu, (49), a barber by profession hails from Velandipalayam, Kovilmedu in Coimbatore. He is survived by his wife Kokilamani, (43) and a 6-year-old son. Marimuthu, who was riding a two-wheeler borrowed from one of his friends, was headed towards Arasampalayam on the 23rd. He stumbled and fell down on the RS Road.
The public rescued a gravely injured Marimuthu and sent him to the Coimbatore GH for treatment. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries yesterday despite treatment. The Kinathukadavu police are investigating the incident after his wife, Kokilamani lodged a complaint.
