More than 100 sanitary workers from the Peelamedu petitioned the CM of TN, MK Stalin, to make their work permanent. For the Chief Minister's visit, more than 2,000 policemen from Coimbatore, Tirupur, Nilgiris and Salem are deployed along the road.
Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, who arrived in Coimbatore today, will inaugurate various new development projects. Following that, he will provide welfare assistance to the beneficiaries on a grand stage set up at the VOC Grounds. DMK executives and party volunteers have gathered to welcome the CM who will be in Coimbatore for a two-day visit. He was greeted enthusiastically by music and fervour from the Coimbatore International Airport to the VOC grounds.
