The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin will be visiting Coimbatore on Monday. Drone cameras will not be operated for security purposes.
Coimbatore: Drone cameras are been banned from operation at the function to be held in Coimbatore on Monday. The district police stated that the ban is implemented for security reasons as the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister will be in the city.
An event has been organized in Coimbatore on Monday, 22nd November, on behalf of the government to provide welfare assistance. The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin will arrive in Coimbatore tomorrow and provide the welfare benefits to the beneficiaries.
The Chief Minister will attend the events organized in Coimbatore and Tirupur on the 22nd and 23rd. Ahead of the event, the operation of drone cameras has been banned within the Coimbatore district.
'This rule is implemented in view of the security arrangements,' a press release issued on behalf of Coimbatore city police said.
Chief Minister Stalin will participate in the Government event at the VOC ground in Coimbatore at 11.00 am on 22nd and will head to Tirupur for providing welfare assistance. The Minister will stay for the night in Coimbatore at the Government Guest House. He will participate in the Signing of MoU for the investment of leading companies at CODISSIA stadium at 11.00 am on 23rd.
After this, he will fly to Chennai on a private plane. Police security has been tightened at the airport, VOC ground, for the CMs visit to Coimbatore and Tirupur.
