Coimbatore: A team of district school education officials have completed an investigation into the Coimbatore school student suicide case and submitted a report.
In Coimbatore, the authorities conducted an investigation against the school teacher in question, officials and students who studied the respective school in connection with the recent school student suicide case. With the investigation completed before the 16th, the task of preparing the report was underway.
The report is currently being submitted to the state Department of School Education. According to reports, the students, the concerned physics teacher and the principals were asked various questions about the school activities and the report was prepared based on their answers.
Speaking on the occasion, the officials said, "No records have been properly maintained in the school. Important activities like a teacher leaving the job and the student getting a transfer certificate are not registered. We have submitted a detailed inspection report."
