Coimbatore: The special camp for Covid-19 vaccination and Voter Name Addition was held in different parts of Coimbatore district on Sunday. K R Jayaram, MLA of Singanallur Assembly constituency visited the special camp held at various schools in Nanjundapuram, Sowripalayam, Pappanaickenpalayam and Peelamedu areas under Singanallur constituency in Coimbatore.
Following this, MLA Jayaram along with former Minister, Coimbatore Suburban South District Organization Secretary, S P Velumani visited the family of the girl student who had ended her life by suicide due to being sexually harassed by a teacher at Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Coimbatore.
Coimbatore District AIADMK Secretary and Member of the North Assembly constituency, Amman K Arjunan and other party executives were also present.
