Due to heavy rains, the Chennai international airport suspended arrivals from 1:15 pm till 6:00 pm today.
Due to heavy rains, the Chennai international airport suspended arrivals from 1:15 pm till 6:00 pm today. Due to this the flight services at Coimbatore airport got affected.
Chennai Flights Cancelled:
Arrival
Indigo flights which were to be arrived at 3:30 pm and 8:05 pm got cancelled.(6E 881 1530hrs 6E 6002 2005hrs)
Departure
The Indigo flights which were scheduled to depart from Coimbatore at 8:30 pm and 4:10 pm(6E 6315 2030hrs 6E 848 1610hrs) and Air India flight(AI 539) to Chennai were cancelled.
Delayed flights:
The Air India flight from Chennai which was supposed to arrive at 2:25 pm was delayed and expected to arrive at 8:35 pm.
This same Air India flight which was supposed to departure directly to Delhi at 3:05 was delayed and estimated to depart from Coimbatore at 9:05 pm.
