The SAKO App developed by college students has been made available for the public to enlist the help of police officers in ensuring surveillance of their houses while they go out of town.
Coimbatore:The District Superintendent of Police, S Selvanagarathinam advised people in the city to install and make use of the SAKO App that helps the police force to keep an eye on their houses while they are away.
The SAKO App created by college students a few weeks ago, was developed to inform the police about those who lock up their houses and go out of town. The District SP has requested the public to download and use the App which is available on Play Store under the name SAKO Coimbatore.
The SAKO App was introduced on behalf of the District Police and SP S Selvanagarathinam to monitor locked houses and is now made available for the public.
