Coimbatore International Airport Director, Senthil Valavan reassured that the airport was prepared to handle operations smoothly though continuous rains have been forecast for a few days.
Coimbatore: Flight operations continued smoothly at Coimbatore International Airport till Tuesday afternoon despite heavy rains lashing the city.
Coimbatore International Airport Director, Senthil Valavan stated, "Thus far, flight operations continue as normal. There were no flight diversions on Monday. Though continuous rains are predicted in the days ahead, Coimbatore airport is ready to handle it."
