Sewage issue; BJP Minority Wing National Secretary Vellore Ibrahim warns of protest

BJP Minority Wing National Secretary Vellore Ibrahim warns that the corporation will be besieged if the problem of sewage entering houses is not fixed.

Coimbatore: BJP Minority Wing National Secretary Vellore Ibrahim met reporters in Coimbatore today at the BJP office.

There is a problem of sewage entering the houses in the Tyagi Sivaram Nagar area near the Sungam area under the Coimbatore Corporation. So far the DMK government has not addressed the issue and warned that the corporation will be besieged if the issue is not rectified.

He said the Coimbatore district BJP had provided assistance to offer angio treatment to a woman from a poor Islamic family, adding that the BJP government was continuously taking all measures to protect the livelihood of Muslims. He claimed that the DMK government has received opposition from civil servants due to activities including change of workplace and dismissal. He said that the DMK government is currently being violated by the police. He added that all the departments in the DMK regime are in disarray, and said that the police are threatening him and arresting him when he visits the Dargah.

Various scandals are likely to take place over the plan to sell gold jewellery from the temples. He said, "Thus, the DMK government is engaged in an act of undermining the faith of the devotees. Thirumavalavan cannot even be compared to transgender people. These are the enemies of the nation who claim that the Prime Minister is a murderer. The allegations made by State President Annamalai about the Electricity Board are not baseless. The BJP never puts forward any allegation without evidence."
