Coimbatore: The 6th mega vaccination drive is scheduled to be held in Coimbatore district on the 23rd on Saturday. District Collector Dr. G. S. Sameeran stated that 5 mega corona virus vaccination drives have been held in Coimbatore district.
A total of 5 lakh 51 thousand 62 people have been vaccinated. Thus the impact of the corona virus is slumping.
Vaccination will be administered at the various camps from 7 am to 7 pm. It is planned to vaccinate two lakh people through this drive. Those who have not yet received the first jab and those who are waiting for the second shot of the corona virus vaccine can benefit by getting inoculated at a vaccination centre near their homes. This will allow the Coimbatore district to be 100 percent vaccinated and reduce the overall impact of corona virus.
