The AIADMK ministers alleged that the DMK members are trying to make false identifications as Ex-Minister SP Velumani’s name is removed from the Birth and Death registration office
Coimbatore: The AIADMK officials accused the DMK members of attempting to get a false identity as the name of SP Velumani, the former minister was removed from the office of the Social Inspector at the Coimbatore Corporation South Zone Birth and Death Registration office.
The former AIADMK minister, SP Velumani inaugurated a Health Inspector Office in Kulathupalayam for an estimate of ₹.10 lakh during the AIADMK regime. The name and details of the minister have been removed from the office. The office was inaugurated in order to avoid the prolonged delay that the public had to go through at the government and private hospitals for minor checkups and tests.
The police held talks with the public and the AIADMK members who gathered in front of the office.The AIADMK members, along with advocates lodged a complaint against Saravanan, Assistant Commissioner, South Zone, Coimbatore Corporation at the Kuniyamuthur Police station.
