Coimbatore District State Chairman Periyasamy, Tamil Nadu TASMAC State Secretary General of the State, Dhanasekaran. Tulsi Das, who was killed by miscreants in Kanchipuram, was mourned.

At the meeting, head of the state spoke about the importance of the workforce staying united. In Tamil Nadu, about 30,000 TASMAC employees have asked the government to provide them with equal pay for eight hours and have demanded job security.
The executive committee meeting was attended by union executives from various districts in the state. Saravana Kumar Pollachi, Manikandan Pollachi, Sundar Pollachi P. Sakthi Thiruvannamalai, Varadarajan District Secretary Thiruvannamalai, Pandian District Officer AITUC, Valparai AITUC members Mohan Muniandi were also present. More than 100 people attended the meeting.

On the morning of November 29 this year, TASMAC employees across Tamil Nadu have planned to stage a protest in front of TASMAC stores.

The protest is called for demanding that the Chief Minister settles the case status of those employed in the liquor selling outlets.
