Coimbatore: The deadline to obtain license for setting up temporary shops to sell firecrackers in Coimbatore is extended to the 22nd of October, the district collector G S Sameeran announced.
Those who wish to set up temporary fireworks shops in Coimbatore district rural areas should obtain a temporary fireworks license from the District Revenue Officer in a single-window system. Those interested were informed to apply for the license, online through e-service centers by the 30th of September.
