Wild cat T23's health improving; On menu for breakfast and lunch was chicken and beef which the tiger fully consumed

A special room has been set up for the T23 tiger and a small forest area is created adjacent to it. According to the sources, the physical condition of the T23 tiger has improved. For breakfast the T23 tiger ate all the live chickens that were left in the cage. It was also reported that the tiger had completely consumed six kilos of beef served for lunch.


Coimbatore: The T23 tiger, which killed four people and more than 30 livestock, at Masinagudi and Devan Estates near Gudalur in the Nilgiris district, was captured alive by the forest department after being injected with several rounds of anaesthesia. The operation to nab the wild cat lasted for 21 days.After being captured, the tiger was sent to the Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in Mysuru, Karnataka for treatment for its injuries.

Doctors treating T23 have confirmed that the tiger is suffering from injuries on its teeth and body and are treating it in a large cage. Muscle cell degeneration and inflammation of the forearm are also being treated. A special room is set up for the T23 tiger and a small forest area has been set up adjacent to it. According to sources who are aware of the developments, the physical condition of the T23 tiger has improved.
