Vijayalakshmi Muruganantham, General Secretary of BJP South District Women's Wing of Anaimalai Union Ambarampalayam Vinayaka Kovil Road, in the petition stated, “I have been running the Public Service Centre of the Government of India at Ambarampalayam area of Meenkarai Road for the past 10 years. Also as the BC/PC Check of Canara Bank, I have been providing the OAP money to around 350 people in person. This is being provided to the elderly and physically challenged, door-to-door.
