More than 100 students from Nirmala College for Women are selected to undergo 100 hours of free training. Classes on Internet of Things (IoT), Robtics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be provided to the selected candidates.
Coimbatore: As many as 110 students from Nirmala College for Women from Computer Application, Information Technology and Mathematics study courses are selected to undergo 100 hours of free training.

Classes on Internet of Things (IoT), Robtics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be provided to the selected candidates in five phased training schedule. Upon successfully completing the training, candidates will be presented with an internationally recognized certificate.
HoneyWell is providing all the assistance to the Nirmala College for Women for the training session as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. Students who undergo the training will be assisted in employment.
The inaugural ceremony of the training sessinon was held on Monday, October 12 at the college campus. Self-Improvement of women under HoneyWell's CSR programme under the initiative of ICT Academy, is the goal of the training initiative. K V Vijayan, Chief Project Officer, ICT Academy, in his inaugural address, spoke on the services of ICT Academy and the various initiatives taken by ICT Academy to minimise the gap between academic and professional institutions for the betterment of teachers and students.
