Tamil Selvi said her son who is abroad, is constantly being intimidated over phone and is also being denied from seeing his son. She in her petition stated that her son with so much distress is having suicidal thought and hence sought immediate action by the Coimbatore District Collector.
Coimbatore: Tamil Selvi from Thiruvarampur, Trichy submitted a complaint to the Coimbatore District Collector seeking to save her second son Vijay.
He married Mohanapriya, with whom he got in a relationship through Facebook in 2016 while he was working abroad. She sought divorce in 2019 in the Coimbatore Family Welfare Court. They have a three-year-old son. Mohanapriya's family continued to live off the property of others. Their families have been involved in similar crimes in different places. Tamil Selvi also accused that she planned on marrying Senthil and was seeking divorce because of that.
She accused that they had confiscated all the property from her son and they are being intimidated by Senthil after they came to know that they can no longer get money from her son. The mother also added that they have been making false allegations after their complaint with the police. She also said they were ready to complain to the CM Cell.
