Coimbatore: 82 officers from 30 colleges across Coimbatore district participated in the outreach programme conducted by the Income Tax Office, Coimbatore to clarify queries related to Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), at the Nirmala College premises on Thursday.

The outreach programme was conducted for the Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) of the Regional Joint Directorate of College Education.

Queries raised by the participants regarding TDS were clarified by the Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Range, Coimbatore, M Karthikeyan, the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax (TDS), N Madhan Kumar and Income Tax officers B Rajendran and J Pon Isaki Muthu.
The Regional Directorate of Collegiate Education, Assistant Director, P Mohan, Accounts officer, T S Seshadri and 82 DDOs from 30 colleges across the district participated in the programme.
