There are 3 wedding halls located on Podanur Road, South Zone, Coimbatore. These wedding halls were rented out for weddings and a variety of events, as the last few days have been marked by consecutive muhurtham days.
The corporation then fined them for failing to comply with Coronavirus rules. Private companies that continue to engage in such activities must duly follow the corona rules issued by the government. Companies that do not comply are warned of fines and permanent bans.
