SFI urges passing of bill against NEET and said a conference against NEET examination will be held on October 3 in Trichy on behalf of the SFI and that the parents and teachers of the students who committed suicide due to NEET examination will be present to oppose the NEET examination
Tirupur: The Tamil Nadu State Committee meeting of the Student Federation of India was held today at the Marxist Communist Party office at Avinashi Road, Tirupur.

Secretary of State Mariappan addressed the gathering.
He later told reporters that the Tamil Nadu government should take steps to start live classes with full safety measures for students in grades one to eight across Tamil Nadu and the Governor of Tamil Nadu and the President of the Republic should immediately approve the bill passed in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly against NEET examination.

He said that the conference against NEET examination will be held on October 3 in Trichy on behalf of the SFI and that the parents and teachers of the students who committed suicide due to NEET examination will be present to oppose the NEET examination. He also asked the government to ensure that fees limits are set in all schools and colleges.
