Santosh Sami and Manoj Sami were interrogated till last night. Satheesan and Bijin Kutty, who are out on bail, appeared for interrogation yesterday. Following a petition filed by Special Public Prosecutors Shahjahan and Kanagaraj seeking further information on the case, the Ooty Sessions Court adjourned the case for four weeks till October 1.
So far, they have investigated 31 people. They are going to bring in key witness, estate guard Krishnadapa, from Nepal to conduct the investigation. Due to various difficulties like this, they are going to ask for time for reconsideration.
