Laghu Udyog Bharati, Tamil Nadu, Joint General Secretary, M Siva Kumar said, "Today, members of Laghu Udyog Bharati Tamil Nadu Core Team met Finance Minister Nirmala Seetharaman at Chennai who had invited us to understand the issues and concerns of MSMEs.
The meeting was extremely fruitful and many issues and concerns were addressed very patiently and personally from both ends. Nirmala Sitharaman appreciated efforts by LUB TN on the formation of 'Micro Wing' within LUB and mentioned that we were headed in the right direction. Many other banking issues of Micros, ECLGS 1.0 and 4.0, NPA Norms, Defense Corridor, TreDs were thoroughly discussed and she advised LUB TN to submit a detailed representation mentioning the ground realities.
We feel it is a red letter day in the annals of Laghu Udyog Bharati TN for we feel honoured at being invited by the Finance Minister of India which enthuses us and motivates us to work with much bigger targets and goals for a Shreshta Bharath," he added.
