Coimbatore: A small shop owner, Arusamy, was arrested in Kinathukadavu for selling tobacco packets which had been banned by the Government.
Sub-Inspector, Ganesamoorthy who is part of the Kinathukadavu Police force in Coimbatore District was on patrol in Kinathukkadavu area when he found Arusamy selling illegal tobacco in his shop. The Kinathukadavu police have registered a case and arrested Arusamy. All the tobacco products have been seized and investigation is on.
