In an incident, flying squad officials seized Rupees 1,75,000 from a group of traders near Nallur in Palakkad Road as they did not have supporting documents.
Coimbatore: Flying Squad members are patrolling across the areas of Pollachi and Valparai in many groups ahead of the Tamilnadu State Assembly Elections in April.
Meanwhile, during the regular search today, Officials seized Rupees 9,02,500 rupees from a group of Kerala cattle traders in Gopalapuram area, Pollachi who did not have supporting documents.
In a similar incident, flying squad officials seized Rupees 1,75,000 from a group of traders near Nallur in Palakkad Road as they did not have supporting documents.
Later, the officials also seized Rs 70,000 in Negmam and Rs 2,43,210 from Vadakipalayam. The flying squad officials also seized Rs 5 lakhs near Anamalai area in Valparai Constituency.
Today the officials totally collected Rs 18,90,000 cash over-all from traders without proper documentation in Pollachi and Valparai areas in Coimbatore.
