Coimbatore: Padmavati (60) from Ukkadam, Coimbatore was travelling on a bike along with her daughter. When the two were nearing Ukkadam, a truck on the opposite side of the road came so close to them causing them to fall down from the two wheeler.
Padmavati who got caught in between the wheel was killed on the spot. The daughter witnessed her mom's death in front of her eyes, and this created a panic amidst people in that area.
Periya Kadai Veedhi police officials who recovered the body of the 60 year old woman then filed a case and are investigating it further.
