Post the polls, the voting machines from Tirupur will be kept at the Government Women's College near the Tirupur - Palladam road.

Election Commission of India earlier announced the official polling date for the 5 states facing elections this year. Accordingly the polls in Tamilnadu, is said to happen on April 6th 2021.

Tirupur District has 8 assembly constituencies, post the casting of votes the voting machines will be secured in the Government Women's College situated on the Tirupur - Palladam road. The vote counting venue is also set up at the same place.

Today District Collector and Returning Officer of Tirupur Vijayakarthikeyan along with police and election officials conducted an inspection at the venue. During the inspection, Returning Officer Vijayakarthikeyan asked about the safety and security in place at the venue.
