Painter falls to death in Nallappa nagar, Pollachi: Mahalingapuram police investigates
Coimbatore: Mahalingapuram police are investigating the death of a painter who fell from a roof in Nallappa nagar, Pollachi.
Ravi ia a painter and son of Sarojini from Pollachi Nandanar Colony. He is skilled at painting in tall buildings by setting hanging platforms. Ravi has gone to Pollachi Nallappa nagar to paint a house. When he was painting on the 3rd floor he unexpectedly slipped and fell.
Ravi fell on the gate below and died on the spot. Mahalingapuram police rushed to the spot upon information and recovered Ravi's body and sent it to the hospital for autopsy. A case has been registered and is being investigated. The incident in which Painter died after falling from the 3rd floor has caused grief among the people of the area.
