DMK which never held village council meeting during power is now holding it for politics: BJP's Kerala state in-charge CP Radhakrishnan
Coimbatore: BJP's Kerala state in-charge and MP candidate who contested in Coimbatore last year, CP Radhakrishnan in Tirupur said that the DMK, which did not hold village council meetings when it was in power, is now conducting them for political gains.
A blood donation camp was held on behalf of the BJP in Tirupur Vavipalayam on the eve of the birthday of BJP senior leader and former prime minister Vajpayee's birthday.

Kerala State BJP leader CP Radhakrishnan, who was present as the special guest, met the media after donating blood.
Answering those who asked whether the lotus would blossom in Tamil Nadu, he said that "the situation was such that a government would not blossom without the lotus and this time the NDA was in alliance with the AIADMK in Tamil Nadu and this alliance would surely succeed.
He added that people are well aware that the DMK is pretending to hold a village council meeting for the benefit of the people as it has never held such meetings when it was in power.
He said, "The views of the Tamil Nadu BJP may seem contradictory at times as different parties have different views but the state BJP leadership operates under the central leadership. AIADMK should understand this." The event was attended by a large number of BJP members who donated blood to the Government Hospital.
