Police are in search of the man who snatched jewelry from a school teacher in a two wheeler.
Coimbatore: Deepa, aged 40, is a teacher who lives with her husband Sivakumar at the EB Colony area near Avarampalayam.
When Deepa went outside yesterday morning on her moped, she was approached by two young men behind her on a vehicle. They snatched Deepa's 4 sovereign chain and fled the scene instantly before Deepa could ask for help from the neighbours.
Deepa has filed a case against this incident at the Saravanampatti police station who are conducting the investigations. This incident which happened in broad daylight has caused panic in the area.
