Coimbatore: Congress protested in Coimbatore against central government's Farm Bills. Various protests are being held on behalf of the Congress party across the country demanding the withdrawal of Farm Bills passed by the central government.
Today is the memorial day of the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and it is observed as Redemption of Farmers' Rights Day.
On this day, they conducted a protest at Sivananda Colony, demanding the withdrawal of the Farm Bills-2020 passed by the Central BJP. The protest was led by Mayura Jayakumar, the working president of Tamil Nadu Congress Party. State, district and circle executives participated in the protest.
