Coimbatore: The public spotted an old bear which was in a tired state in a private farm about 1 km from the Karunya Nagar police station in the Madukkarai Forest Division.

Forest Department Officer was informed about this.
The doctor who examined the bear said that its teeth are worn out and that the bear's back is paralyzed due to aging. The bear has been transferred to a cage and is being treated. The forest department said that a team of doctors is monitoring the bear.
