Pollachi Sub-Collector directs officials to take immediate action on grievance petitions

Coimbatore: Immediate action should be taken on the petitions filed by the people at the grievance meeting held at the village administration offices, advised Pollachi Sub-Collector in a meeting.


Coimbatore: Immediate action should be taken on the petitions filed by the people at the grievance meeting held at the village administration offices, advised Pollachi Sub-Collector in a meeting.

Due to Covid-19, the usual grievance meeting held at the office of the District Collector and the office of the Sub-Collector in Pollachi remains suspended.

However, special grievance meetings are being held at the respective village administration offices.

Petitions are received by the village administration officers in the respective villages.In this context, a consultative meeting was held with the Revenue officials in the Kinathukadavu taluk area under the aegis of Sub-Collector, Vaithiyanathan at the Pollachi Sub-Collector's Office, today.

He inquired to the officials of the status of the petitions received and subsequent redressal. He then instructed the Revenue officials to take appropriate action on the petitions without any delay.
