Coimbatore Rifle Club invites applications from aspirants for its training programme

With the mission to promote shooting as a sport in Coimbatore, the Coimbatore Rifle Club was established in 1953. This is one of the oldest rifle clubs in India. The Coimbatore Rifle Club has invited applications from aspirants who wish to undergo training. Those who own a rifle with a license are eligible to apply for this training programme. Those who do not own a rifle and who wish to take up shooting as a career can also apply for this training programme at this institute.

Coimbatore Rifle Club is under the direct supervision of A. Amalraj, the City Commissioner of Police. Coimbatore. This  club is located on Avinashi Road and is home to latest rifles and state-of-the-art technology.

This club has in the past produced several professional shooters who have participated in various district, national and international shooting tournaments.
