Coimbatore : Officials of the Coimbatore Range detained three men for attempting to hunt hare on patta near Somayampalayam in the early hours on Sunday.
Coimbatore : Officials of the Coimbatore Range detained three men for attempting to hunt hare on patta near Somayampalayam in the early hours on Sunday.
According to foresters, the men were identified as P. Raja (29), K. Ranjith (20) and P. Manimuthu (19), all from Trichy.
They were reportedly setting up snares using wires to hunt hares, when a patrolling team spotted them.
The men were detained and taken to the Coimbatore Forest Range Office.
